The pricing for hair replacement systems, wigs and custom-made products is just as individual as the requirements and wishes of our customers. Flat rate lists do not provide a realistic overview in this area, as each hair system is manufactured according to personal needs, wearing habits and visual preferences. The price of a hair system depends on a variety of factors. The hair quality, the outfit or gases, the type of weaving and the question of whether it is a custom-made product, special size, stock item or an individual order are particularly decisive. When it comes to hair quality, there is a distinction between high-quality human hair and modern synthetic hair, with human hair available in various qualities of origin, such as euro hair or Indian human hair. Each variant has its own characteristics in terms of naturalness, maintenance, durability and price. The nature of the outfit, i.e. the substructure (gases, film, lace or combinations), as well as the weaving technique also play an important role in comfort and appearance. Custom work is usually the most expensive, as it is custom made according to head size, hair growth direction, density and style. This intricate craftsmanship requires maximum precision and ensures an absolutely natural result that fits perfectly and looks like it's grown. Since every hair system is manufactured individually, there is no standardised or flat rate price list. Instead, at Haarstudio P.G., we attach great importance to transparent, fair and comprehensible pricing, which we would be happy to explain in detail to you in a personal consultation. Reimbursement by health insurance, your right to hair replacement. If you suffer from hair loss and have statutory health insurance, your health insurance may cover all or part of the costs of hair replacement. This applies regardless of whether the hair loss is hormonal, medicated or caused by other health influences. As a first step, your attending physician, whether family doctor, dermatologist, oncologist or internist, issues a corresponding prescription. This recipe forms the basis for your reimbursement. Please bring it with you to the initial consultation at Haarstudio P.G. Important: The prescription should not be older than 28 days at the appointment. On site, we will check the amount of the co-payment from your health insurance company and inform you transparently about possible personal contributions. Your billing is very uncomplicated, we will invoice the sum paid by health insurance directly without you having to pay in advance. If you opt for an additional free product, all you have to do is pay the statutory prescription fee. In the case of a hair replacement, which is often the rule, simply pay the difference between health insurance share and final price conveniently on site — by debit/credit card or cash payment. Haarstudio P.G. will provide you with reliable and individual support from the medical prescription to the final cost settlement, with the highest level of professionalism, discretion and the desire to make your hair replacement process pleasant and transparent.

You are welcome to contact us personally on site, by telephone, by e-mail or via WhatsApp. To make an appointment, we need your first and last name as well as your telephone number in advance so that we can make a binding schedule for your appointment. Please understand that we charge a consultation fee of 35€ for 30 minutes without presenting and submitting a prescription. For longer consultations, you will be billed at a further 30€ intervals per 30 minutes. If you are required to bring a second-hair product, the consultation fee is of course already included. We ask you to cancel agreed appointments in good time. Short-term cancellations on the same day may be charged with a cancellation fee of 70€.
